The director of York Executive Group, Mrs. Lam designed the space as a gift to the small businesses of York Region. Her 25+ years in real estate made her realize that modern spaces are very hard to come by and many small businesses could never afford modern space on their own. Linda comments, “I wanted to build a modern space that small businesses would be proud of and begin building a shared space community that would be a best in class example in York Region!” She explains further, “no one is too small to work in her new space, we rent out desks and meeting room spaces to suit everyone’s needs.”
